Pilates classes at the foundry clinic

At the Foundry Physiotherapy Clinic, we are thrilled to offer our Pilates classes, which are the perfect complement to our range of physiotherapy services. Our Pilates sessions are specifically designed to improve core strength, posture, and flexibility, all of which are vital for rehabilitation and overall health.

Pilates is part of our comprehensive treatment approach, promoting an integration of body and mind that is key to the recovery process. Our certified instructors will guide you through each exercise with a focus on precise movements and alignment, ensuring that your practice enhances your physiotherapy outcomes. By incorporating Pilates into our services, we aim to offer a complete wellness solution. It goes beyond rehabilitation; it is about creating a strong, supple, and balanced body. Our Pilates classes are intended to complement your physical therapy routine, leading to swifter and more holistic healing for a variety of conditions.

Complementary practice

Pilates provides a myriad of benefits that are in line with the objectives of physiotherapy.

Core and balance

Pilates at our clinic focuses on building a strong core, improving balance, and enhancing body alignment. This internal strength supports the spine and can alleviate back pain.

Full-body exercise

In the supportive environment of our clinic, Pilates encourages full-body fitness, fostering an improved sense of body awareness and muscle control, essential for injury prevention and recovery.

Mind and movement

Our Pilates sessions emphasise the synergy between mind and movement, fostering concentration and a relaxation response that is as beneficial for mental health as it is for physical fitness.
