Payment policy
At our physiotherapy clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality care to our patients. In order to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, we have established the following payment policy:
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and cheques.
If you have insurance coverage, we will be happy to assist you in submitting your claim to your insurance provider. However, it is important to note that you will be responsible for paying any deductibles, copays, or non-covered charges at the time of service.
If you have any questions about your insurance coverage or our payment policy, please do not hesitate to ask our front desk staff for assistance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments without proper notice may result in a fee.
